Matthew Foster is an associate in the firm's Project Development and Finance Practice Group, based in the New York office.

He has a broad transactional practice, regularly representing institutional lenders, corporate borrowers and issuers, project sponsors and equity investors in a variety of finance transactions and project development matters. Matthew's practice focuses primarily on secured and unsecured domestic and cross-border lending, development financings, project financings, and general project development and corporate work.
